Picjewel ships to virtually every country in the world, and we utilize the services of major, trusted international carriers to ensure that your package reaches its destination quickly and safely.
Shipment Upgrade Notification
We take it very seriously to ensure that our merchandise reaches our customers as quickly as possible. Therefore, we have recently upgraded our shipping system to provide even better service: we have successfully shortened shipping times, especially for customers in the USA, UK, France, Germany and Canada!
1. For US and UK customers, standard shipping time has been reduced to 7-15 business days (10-25 business days prior to the July 20th upgrade);
2. For customers in France and Germany, standard shipping has been reduced to 8-18 business days (10-25 business days prior to the July 26 upgrade);
3. for California customers, transit time for standard shipping has been reduced to 10-20 business days (10-25 business days prior to upgrade);
4. as of September 26, 2018, free standard shipping is available on orders of $50 or more (excluding shipping) (prior to the upgrade, orders of $49 or more were eligible for flat rate free shipping). Due to the increase in shipping costs, the amount of free shipping orders has been increased accordingly, and this move is intended to provide better service and faster delivery. Thank you for your understanding.
*Please note:
1. The new delivery system will go into effect on September 26th at 2:00 Central Daylight Time, orders placed before then will still be shipped using the old delivery system. We guarantee that 95% of orders will be delivered on time. Some remote areas may take longer.
2.All packages have specific tracking information.
3.Delivery will be delayed due to Covid-19.

1.Shipping from European warehouse to European countries: 3-6 business days.
2.You can choose your preferred shipping method on the order information page during the checkout process.
3. Note: During public holidays, manufacturers and couriers restrict operations, so shipping times may be affected. While this is beyond our control, we will do our best to improve this issue.

After successfully placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you have any requests regarding your order, please let us know as soon as possible before the item enters the processing stage.
Processing
Note: If an order contains multiple items, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.
We are pleased to announce that most orders can now be shipped within 24 hours. Please note that a small number of orders may still take 3-5 business days depending on stock availability.
Please note that processing time is not included in the shipping time. The total time it takes to receive your order is equal to the processing time + shipping time.
If you have any questions about your order, you can submit a work order to our support center for further assistance. Our dedicated customer service team will contact you within 24 hours.
Tracking your order
It may take a few days for the tracking number to become active on the tracking site. If the information is not available, please try again later. Please be assured that the estimated shipping time is valid regardless of any updates to the tracking site.
We strongly recommend that customers purchase shipping insurance at checkout for peace of mind while waiting for your package.
Taxes and Duties
Taxes
Please note that all packages are shipped by Picjewel. Our items are shipped duty unpaid and therefore may incur import taxes depending on your country's customs regulations and shipping method. You can check with your local customs office for more information.
Notice to Argentina Customers
Argentinian customers who choose expedited delivery will be required to provide their tax ID number at checkout. Please be sure to include your tax ID number to avoid any customs clearance issues or delivery failures. Please refer to the screenshot below.
